Ingredients

Prawns 6ea
Chicken stock, Seafood stock, water
Salt
Lemongrass 2g
Galangal 10g
Lime leaves to taste
Red Chili to taste
Fish sauce to taste
Lime juice to taste
Coriander Roots to taste
Spring onions 1ea

Recipe

1. take off the hard skin of prawn
2. boil lemongrass and spring onions in chicken, seafood stock
3. add red chili, galangal,  fish sauce and lime juice
4. put the rest ingredients.
