Phat Thai_ Andy Jung


Phat Thai

Ingredients:
-Egg
-Fish sauce
-Garlic
-Shallot
-Palm sugar
-Rice noodles
-Vegetable oil
-Prawns
-Chives
-Peanuts
-Lime Juice
-Chili

Cooking Method:
1. Soak the noodles in cold water for a 1 hour then drain and set aside

2. Make sauce with palm sugar and fish sauce.

3.Heat the oil and stir garlic and shallots.

4.Add cracked egg and stir moment.

5.Add the noodles and stir for 1min.

6. Pour sauce and simmer and mix well.

7.Add Lime juice and peanuts into noodles.

8.Serve with coriander and chilli.
