Malaysian style satay and sauce

 Main Ingredients

chicken tender loin, skewer, sharllot, cucumber

 Marinade Ingredients

chicken powder, salt, sugar, coriander powder, turmaric powder,
cumin powder, sweet paprika powder, chili powder, curry powder,
some sesame oil

 Sauce Ingredients

dried chili, lemongrass, galangal, candle nuts, belacan, roasted peanuts,
tamarind juice, water coconut milk, salt, sugar

 Mise en place

* put skewers into water and soak for more than 30 min
* cut cucmber and sharllot into a bite size
* mix all the marinade ingredients together

 Procedure

1. in a mixing bowl, put chicken tender loins and marinade sauce
    and put it into fidge for over night
2. put skewer into the meat and cook on grill
3. Fry the blended spices and belacan granules until fragrant
4. Add the tamarind juice and coconut milk. Add the crushed peanuts. Simmer until the sauce thickens and season to taste. If it is too dry, add a bit more water.
5. decorate with sauce and cucumber and sharllot on a dish and enjoy!
