Pineapple Fried rice-201211975 Alisa(Gyou-eun Park)



Pineapple Fried rice


(2012-06-05 pineapple fried rice)


Ingredients

Using            :    vegetable oil
Main             :    chicken breast, prawns,  eggs,  pineapple
Aromatics     :    garlic minced, calamari, raisin
Sauce           :    soy sauce, sugar 
Garnich        :    cashew nuts, coriander



Mise En Place


1. cook the rice (3~5c)
2. mince the garlic (4ea)
3. take off the hard skin from the prawn (9ea)
4. chop the raisin and calamari(1/2ea each)
5. cook and tear the chicken breast(1ea)
6. cut the half of the pineapple and take off the rind of it
7. cut the middle of the pineapple and chop the small dices




Procedure


1. pour the vegetable oil on the pan
2. fry the ingredients
   : the minced garlic → raisin → prawns → chicken breast → chopped pineapple
3. put some soy sauce and sugar together to taste and fry them again
4. fry the cooked rice together
5. put the eggs (2ea) and fry it to mix with everything 
6. put them in to the rind of the pineapple
7. garnish using cashew nuts and coriander
