Korean traditional cuisine, Samgyetang 201212015 Jeong Dong Uk (Uk)




Name - Samgyetang
Ingredients
chicken 1000g
ginseng 30g
glutinous rice 200g
chestnut 50g
garlic 30g
jujube 30g
salt 5g
black pepper 1g

Method
1. Clean the chicken
2. Clean the glutinous rice and soak in water
3. Put glutinous rice, garlic, chestnut, and jujube in chicken
4. Cross the chicken's leg for blocking from escaping the ingredients.
5. put the chicken in the pot and boil it
6. put some salt and pepper.

This cuisine is Korean traditional cuisine. It is good for health. Also, it is easy to cook, so many people like this cuisine. I like this cuisine. Its flavor is not spicy, but it is clean.
