Name - Rice Claypot
Ingredients
Chinese sausage
dried mushroom
ginger
garlic
green onions
squid
coriander
cooked rice
cooked egg
Seasoning
oyster sauce
sesame oil
pepper
soy sauce
sugar
chicken stock
How to cook
1. put oil in the pan and put diced onions, garlic, and shallots
2. put Chinese sausage and pork.
3. put chicken little stock and squid
4. put oyster sauce and sesame oil
5. put soy sauce and pepper.
6. put cooked rice in claypot that is covered with pot
7. put a cooked egg on the rice and cooked cuisine
8. fire the pot 5min and add little chicken stock
9. mix them and eat
Critic
It is good for me its flavor is sweet. It is like a Korean cuisine, Bibimbob.
However, it is not spicy, it is good matched with rice. The rice was
crispy because the pot fire the rice continue. The egg was cooked by coriander.
The coriander is matched with egg. Its smell is like soy and I can't express the
flavor. But it was good. The squid are also good cooked.
I learned that I have known the stone pot is only our traditional pot and only Korean
people use them. However, in this cuisine we use the pot similar with Korean cooking
method. Korean also use it, when we make crispy rice. Korean use fry egg when we eat
some cuisine with pot but this country use boiled egg. It is different thing.
Next time
I want learn about Asian cuisine using stone pot. It must be used in Asian cuisine so many.
I want to learn the cuisine and add my own recipe or Korean recipe, and then want to make
my own pot cuisine.
