Banh Cuon Batter

Banh Cuon Batter

1. mix rice flour, corn flour, tapioca flour and water in rate of 1 : 0.5 : 0.5 : 2.25
2. heat the pan then add oil, make some rice papers of your own
3. make the filling (mix minced pork, shrimp, black fungus, shiitake mushroom, shallot, spring onions, black pepper, fish sauce, salt)
4. stir fry the filling
5. put the fillings then roll up the rice papers
6. add the garnish on eat with Vietnam dipping sauce
