Ga Kho Gang (Vietnamese Braised Chicken with Ginger)
Main Ingredients : Half a chicken or 4 pieces of chicken
Subsidiary Ingredients : Nuoc Mau(Vietnamese Fish Sauce), Shallots, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Black pepper, Water
# Mise en place
- Wash the Chicken.- Cut the Chicken to goody size.
- Dice the Shallots and Onions.
- Mince the Garlic.
- Slice the Ginger.
# Cooking Method
- Put the Chicken into the pot with Caramel Sauce and Fish Sauce.- Add the Sugar, Salt, Black pepper, and Water.
- Put the Garlic and Ginger.
- Mix well everything.
- Put all of them on the plate.
- Put some Ginger on the chicken for Garnish.
